En sí mismo y en tres o cuatro objetos inanimados que la acompañan: el cielo, los árboles, un par de buenas novelas, algo de rock... Un individuo que, en suma, parece haber renunciado a convivir, con los\/as demás, más allá de las interacciones que resulten inevitables e imprescindibles (comprar, compartir espacios con el compañero de trabajo, chocarse con algún usuario de los retretes que él limpia). Interacciones completamente impersonales, pretendidamente carentes de cualquier componente emocional.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Ca name='more'\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003EDe este modo, la clave de la forma de vida de Hirayama (\u003Cb\u003EKoji Yakusho\u003C\/b\u003E) parece ser el desapego emocional: no permitir que, en la (inevitable) interacción con otros seres humanos, ninguna emoción surja; y reservar la expansión emocional para objetos inanimados (música, literatura, entorno natural). Aunque, de hecho, la película también muestra cómo tal pretensión resulta prácticamente imposible: bien sea una sobrina, una conocida cantando una canción muy querida, un desconocido con cáncer y al borde la muerte, un atolondrado joven -compañero de trabajo- enamorado... los seres humanos no dejan de mostrar ante Hirayama sus emociones, inevitablemente afectándole, aunque sin llegar a hacerle perder el radical autocontrol (¿represión?) emocional que en todo momento muestra.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003EAl contemplar la sosegada y centrada vida de Hirayama (tan pocas cosas, tan pocos intereses, tan limitadas ambiciones), uno (sumido como habitualmente se halla en el cotidiano tráfago de la vida urbana contemporánea) tendería a envidiarla. Y, sin embargo, es cierto que el precio que el personaje paga es altísimo: evitar toda la locura, sí, pero también la fascinación, que las relaciones humanas, y las emociones que las mismas nos provocan, producen usualmente en nosotros\/as; desasosegándonos, sí, pero también arrastrándonos y fascinándonos.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cb\u003EWim Wenders \u003C\/b\u003Eretrata a este personaje y sus opciones vitales de manera meritoria: no es fácil describir la inacción y la rutina como formas de vida de un modo tan sobrio, pero, al tiempo, tan atractivo y penetrante como lo hace esta película. Una película que fuerza a los\/as espectadores\/as a observar cómo es una vida simple. Particularmente, por la capacidad de director y guionistas (el mismo director, junto con\u0026nbsp;\u003Cb\u003EJohn Kruse\u003C\/b\u003E) para retratar con notoria crudeza un ambiente de masculinidad tóxica en el ámbito laboral, promovida y fomentada por la precariedad y la sobreexplotación por parte del empleador.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Ca name='more'\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003ELa película, en efecto, rezuma violencia (tanto contenida como explícita). La solidaridad de clase brilla por su ausencia, entre unos trabajadores abocados a competir entre sí, como lobos, por el premio a la productividad, en una empresa (de transportes) que organiza el trabajo bajo la idea de trabajo a destajo.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003ECon unos actores tan espléndidos como suelen serlo los británicos de la época y una realización funcional, sí, pero notablemente dinámica (excelentes tanto las secuencias de conducción temeraria y peligro, como las de enfrentamiento personal y violencia física), la narración mantiene constantemente en tensión al\/la espectador(a), transmitiéndole con eficacia la incomodidad de una comunidad lanzada a una loca carrera hacia la destrucción. Y, a continuación, se inclina por una tercera:\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003Ec) Pragmatismo (así la denomina): los significados se constituyen, mediante inferencia, en las prácticas sociolingüísticas reales que tienen lugar en las comunidades lingüísticas.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003EAsí, el significado de una norma jurídica ha de ser inferido a partir de los criterios de interpretación correcta de los enunciados jurídicos que predominan en la comunidad. (Criterios que se desenvuelven mediante la observación\/ participación en los comportamientos prácticos de interacción lingüística por parte de los individuos miembros de la misma, que van creando una tradición interpretativa.)\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003EAñade el autor que el juego de lenguaje central en cualquier comunidad es el argumentativo (tanto cuando se refiere a argumentos teóricos y versa en torno a la representación de la realidad como cuando tiene que ver con argumentos prácticos, relativos a las formas correctas de actuar). Y que, por consiguiente, este es que contribuye de\u0026nbsp; manera principal a dotar de significado a los enunciados, también a los enunciados jurídicos.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003EEn mi opinión, en lo esencial puede compartirse la caracterización de los modos de significar de los enunciados. (Faltaría, me parece, una mayor profundización -quizá más propia de las ciencias sociales que de la filosofía- en la naturaleza ontológica profunda de dichos significados socialmente constituidos. A este respecto, sugiero que la interpretación naturalista y materialista de los entes culturales que ha propuesto \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/books.google.es\/books\/about\/Explicar_la_cultura.html?id=RCcoORpbuGwC\" target=\"_blank\"\u003E\u003Cb\u003EDan Sperber\u003C\/b\u003E -en \u003Cb\u003E\u003Ci\u003EExplaining Culture\u003C\/i\u003E\u003C\/b\u003E, 1996\u003C\/a\u003E- resulta particularmente apropiada.)\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003E\u003Cbr
